Campaign Champions
The Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign champions were the visible leaders of the campaign, who worked at both the local and national level to:
- Recruit agencies to participate in the campaign
- Unite the health care community in a shared vision for improved quality of care for home care recipients
Campaign Champions included the following:
- National Homecare Associations
- State Homecare Associations
- Quality Improvement Organizations
- Summit attendees (including representative home health agencies and health care organizations)
